I help leaders and organizations move from chaos to clarity, especially when transformation isn't going according to plan. Twenty-five years in healthcare operations and revenue cycle has put me inside every kind of organizational change: scaling startups, implementing AI and other new technology, rebuilding broken teams, salvaging implementations, and coaching leaders through moments that don't come with a playbook. My past 15 year blends working as a consultant for healthcare organizations struggling through change and performance improvement to an executive role with an a16z backed startup creating AI for the healthcare revenue cycle. In that role I managed all customer facing teams and guided organizations through the implementations, but most importantly, the change management needed for a successful outcome. Today, as COO of Sunbound, I do a lot of that same work but in the senior living space. We are building the modern financial infrastructure senior living deserves, because better systems remove real burdens from communities, residents, and the families who love them. That experience doesn't stay at the office. It shows up in every conversation I have about leadership, change, and what it really takes to build something that lasts. I speak on leadership, AI implementations. change management, and navigating uncertainty, drawing from real life operational experience, not frameworks alone. My audiences leave with tools they can use to show up the next day, not just inspiration that fades. I also work with organizations and individuals through consulting and coaching engagements focused on operational transformation, team development, and leading through change. The through line in everything I do, professionally and personally, is helping people navigate change with courage and confidence. That shows up in my work, in how I advocate for military spouses, in how I champion women finding their voice, and in why I show up every day at Sunbound with something bigger than a job description driving me.
