About Breanne
Breanne Byrne builds growth architecture, the systems that turn transformation, whether AI adoption, brand reinvention, or organizational change, into revenue that holds up under scrutiny. At Syntari International, she sits on the founding leadership team building an AI transformation platform from the ground up. She owns discovery synthesis, go-to-market strategy, and the positioning work that lets clients compete and win in an AI-driven market. Before Syntari, she directed a $20M marketing and CX budget for Octapharma Plasma, a $3B healthcare brand. She rebuilt the marketing stack across 22 systems, cut acquisition costs by 75%, doubled conversion, and delivered a $600M+ revenue lift. That range runs in both directions. She owned marketing strategy for American Express's high-net-worth cardholder segment, building an invitation-only luxury events engine for 500,000 VIP cardholders that grew consumer spend 25%. She also co-founded Bump & Run Apparel and scaled it from zero to $2M in revenue, 150% year-over-year growth in its first two years. Byrne holds an MBA in Marketing and International Management from Northeastern, a BA from the University of Maryland, and an MIT Executive Certificate in AI for Business Strategy. She is affiliated with the CMO Council and The Outlier Project, and sits on the Board of a local non-profit, ArtPop.
