About Kathryn
I don't come to AI from a technical background. I come to it from a career spent helping people navigate change. As a former Fortune 500 leader and Chief of Staff, I led large-scale transformations, learning firsthand that successful change isn’t just about strategy. It’s about understanding the people who champion change, the people who resist it, and the leaders responsible for bringing everyone along. Today, I apply those same lessons to AI adoption, helping organizations move beyond technology implementation to the human realities of transformation. I am equally candid about my own learning journey. I share practical lessons from building AI into daily work, including the frustrations, false starts, and breakthroughs that come with learning something entirely new. Rather than presenting AI as a finished expertise, I helps audiences develop the confidence and curiosity needed to experiment, adapt, and build their own practices. I also bring the perspective of a professional writer and communicator who has wrestled with one of the questions many knowledge workers are asking: How do you embrace AI without losing your voice? Through real-world examples from my work in thought leadership and executive communications, I share how AI can enhance creativity, accelerate learning, and strengthen ideas while preserving the human judgment, experience, and perspective that make those ideas worth sharing. My sessions combine practical tools, leadership insights, and relatable stories that help audiences see AI not as a technology challenge, but as a human opportunity.
