About Mary

Dr. Mary Carol Mazza is a behavioral scientist, strategist, and systems thinker exploring how AI is reshaping human behavior, organizations, and society. Drawing on leadership experience at Apple, Meta, Google, Xerox PARC, and Ernst & Young, she helps bridge behavioral science with emerging technology to design more effective products, organizations, and leadership practices. With a PhD in organizational behavior from Harvard Business School and a postdoctoral fellowship in healthcare innovation at Stanford School of Medicine, her work focuses on helping leaders navigate the human side of AI. Shaped by research, work, and travel across nearly 90 countries, she brings a global perspective to the future of work, innovation, and human potential. Outside of these explorations, she embraces curiosity in all forms from hiking and scuba diving to undertaking anything new and different, usually while chatting with strangers along the way.
