About Rebecca
Rebecca Marttila spends her days helping healthcare organizations figure out how to use AI well, and her evenings thinking about what AI means for the next generation. She hosts a podcast on raising resilient teens in the age of AI and works with her local school district on the same question, helping parents and educators get ahead of something that’s moving faster than most of us can keep up with. That instinct for getting ahead of change comes from more than 20 years building and transforming businesses. As a Managing Director at Accenture, she leads AI-enabled transformation for health and human services organizations. Before that, she built and turned around practices across healthcare, sustainability, and energy, including scaling a business from one person to fifty in under three years and doubling a struggling practice’s revenue in a year.
