About Reena
Reena Tiwari is a senior technology executive with more than 30 years of experience leading digital and organizational transformation in global enterprises. She has served as CIO at LexisNexis and ServiceTitan, and earlier built deep operating experience at American Express, Symantec, VMware, Cisco, and HP. Her career has spanned legal, SaaS, financial services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, with a consistent focus on connecting enterprise architecture, business strategy, and technology-led growth. Over the course of her career, Reena has led eight M&A technology integrations and two IPO readiness programs. Those experiences have shaped her practical view of what technology organizations need to scale, perform under pressure, and produce outcomes the business can measure. Her work has long centered on a core question: how can technology, and now AI, create lasting enterprise value rather than isolated pockets of capability? That question led her to develop the Structural Intelligence Framework™, a six-dimension diagnostic for identifying the structural issues that keep enterprise AI efforts from moving beyond pilots and into production. The SIF framework looks beneath the model itself, focusing on governance, decision ownership, data architecture, models as systems, learning loops, and organizational accountability. It gives leaders a practical instrument to assess AI readiness, identify gaps, and move from discussion to action. Its foundation is Reena’s three decades of experience running complex systems inside large organizations, not theory alone. Reena is the founder of Tallac Advisory LLC, where she advises enterprise leadership teams and boards on AI readiness, technology strategy, and organizational transformation. She serves on the board of UC Berkeley Extension, advises Stitchflow.io, and is a member of T200 and FirstBoard.io. She speaks to CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, and boards on enterprise AI readiness, structural transformation, and the business case for getting the organizational layer right so companies can move from AI ambition to AI execution.
