About Abi
I'm Director of Salesforce at Camping World, where I inherited a 7-person team on a decade-old platform and scaled it to 35+ people in 14 months while running multiple enterprise transformations, including leading my team's build of an autonomous agentic SDLC, from story grooming through PR review, running in production daily against an enterprise Salesforce org. The technical work is real. But the reason any of it worked is the human system I built underneath it. I graduated into the 2008 crash with a Fashion Merchandising degree, fully intending to become a buyer for Neiman Marcus. The economy had other plans, so I stumbled into tech and built a career on the skills nobody puts on a resume: reading people, reading a room, and treating humans like humans instead of line items. Turns out those are the skills that actually move platforms, teams, and organizations through change. They're also the skills that make AI adoption work instead of just adding a faster way to be confused. I speak to executives and leadership teams about the one thing technology can't replace: a leader's ability to stay regulated and clear when the ground is moving. I've built the agentic pipelines and I've built the teams running them, and the technical build was never the hard part. AI doesn't create the chaos in most organizations. It reveals who was already leading without a floor under them. I call that floor emotional authority, and it's the difference between a team that uses AI to think better and a team that uses it to panic faster. 2x Harvard Guest Lecturer. Top 50 Women Leaders in Dallas. I've been speaking in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2019, and I have a lot to say about what this technology is actually forcing us to get right about humans.

Thought leadership
View all →85% of employees are withholding critical information from their managers. Billions in AI spend, almost nothing to show for it. Same root cause, and it's not the one everyone's naming.
Leaders love the thermostat analogy: you set the tone, the room follows. But what if there's another signal you're broadcasting that has nothing to do with your mood that day?
Most leaders think they have an accountability problem. They don't. What if the real issue is something you've been making deposits and withdrawals from without even knowing it existed?
Right now, organizations across every industry are making the same bet. Cut headcount, invest in AI, watch the efficiency materialize. That bet is missing something. Let's talk about the bill.
